SHIPPING POLICY

At Virna Pasquinelli Millinery, we take great care in crafting each hat to order with meticulous attention to detail.

Please note that delivery times are estimated from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

For our UK customers, we use signed and tracked Royal Mail services. For international orders, we use alternative courier services to ensure your package arrives safely and securely. Upon delivery, a signature is required for proof of receipt. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your package with a neighbour or leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide track and sign services to some international countries.

Please note that shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. During the check-out process, you will be advised of the shipping charges. For UK deliveries, the shipping cost is approximately £12-15, depending on the size of the box required. We provide a reference number for all UK orders, which can be used to track your parcel via the link provided in your dispatch email.

For international deliveries, prices may vary depending on the size of the parcel and the destination country.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

As all of our hats are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We strive to ensure that the hat design meets your expectations and are happy to make any changes after the design has been confirmed, although this may incur additional charges and may not always be possible.

                    DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched due to customs clearance or unforeseen events. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, customs charges or taxes which must be paid at the point of entry into the destination country. All prices on this website exclude taxes and charges in your relevant country.

The customer is also responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you receive your item in a damaged state, you must ensure the courier marks the item as damaged on delivery prior to signing for the item. You must provide us with photographs of the damaged goods within 5 days.
