All hats are made to order and shipped from the UK. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Virna Pasquinelli Millinery delivers goods via signed and tracked Royal Mail services for UK deliveries and alternative courier services for the rest of the world.
You will be ask to sign on receipt of delivery. If you’re not at home when the courier delivers, they may leave your package with a neighbour or will leave you a card so you can rearrange delivery or pick up from your local collection center.

The price of a product does not include shipping charges. Our shipping charges are as advised to you during the check-out process.
UK shipping cost is £12-15 depending on the size of the box required. All UK orders will be assigned reference number that can be used to track your parcel via the link provided in your dispatch email.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All hats are made to order, therefore, due to the nature of this service, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
We will try to accommodate any changes you wish you make after the design has been confirmed, but please note that this may incur additional charges and may not always be possible.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched due to customs clearance or unforeseen events. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, customs charges or taxes which must be paid at the point of entry into the destination country. All prices on this website exclude taxes and charges in your relevant country.
The customer is also responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you receive your item in a damaged state, you must ensure the courier marks the item as damaged on delivery, prior to signing for the item. You must provide us with photographs of the damaged goods within 5 days.
