We typically require 6-8 weeks to craft and ship your hat, but we are happy to accommodate tighter timelines if possible. While an in-person visit to our studio is recommended for the best fit and design, we can also arrange an online consultation and fitting if that suits you better. Our initial consultation lasts 30-40 minutes, during which we will discuss your vision and preferences in detail. To make the most of this session, please bring fabric swatches, your outfit, and any accessories you plan to wear with the hat.

To begin the bespoke process, a 50% deposit is required to secure materials and start the design. The starting price for a bespoke hat is £350, reflecting the quality and craftsmanship involved in creating your custom piece.
